Clarity Grade: IMPERFECT THIRD GRADE; 

Internal characteristics are very easy to see and locate with the naked eye, face up. 
Surface characteristics and naturals will protrude beyond girdle. Stone may have excessively large pits and fractures.  The internal characteristics will be extended under normal wear. The internal characteristics interfere with light as it passes through the stone, making it very dull, with no brilliance and no "Fire".

Note the large number and relative size of the characteristics.
This grade diamond is not commonly used in any type of jewelry, although you may find it in "Discount" , or Catalog stores.
